"Whoever recites Surah al-Muzzammil, he will not face hardships in this world and the Hereafter." 2 Other traditions have been narrated concerning the recitation of the blessed Chapter, though for the sake of brevity, mention is not herein made of them.

Al-Muzzammil (Arabic: المزمل, “The Enshrouded One”, “Bundled Up”, “Enfolded”) is the seventy-third chapter of the Qur'an, containing 20 verses , which are recognized by Muslims as the word of God . The last Ruku of this surah contains only one ayāt making it possibly the smallest Ruku according to the number of verses or ayāt.
Allah Ta’ala berfirman dalam Al-Qur’an surah Al-Muzzammil ayat 2; “Bangunlah (shalat lah) pada waktu malam, kecuali sebagian kecil () (yaitu) separuhnya atau kurangi sedikit dari itu” [Q.S. Al-Muzzammil (73): 2-3] Ayat kedua surah Al-Muzzammil mengandung sebuah perintah untuk berdiri (shalat ) di waktu malam.
